Staff Trading Policy
We do out utmost to avoid conflicts of interest with subscribers. We therefore impose restrictions on staff trading and require disclosure of staff holdings. Trading restrictions and disclosure obligations are as follows.
In-house staff
1. Approval for all staff trades is to be obtained from one of licensed stock brokers directors or responsible officer.
2. Where a recommendation changes, staff will not be permitted to trade for one day either side of publication.
3. Staff must not trade against a buy or sell recommendation. Approval to trade against a buy or sell recommendation will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
Freelance Analysts
1. Where a recommendation changes on a stock they are writing about, freelance analysts will not be permitted to trade for one day either side of publication.
2. Freelance analysts are required to disclose any holding in a stock they are writing about.
3. Freelance analysts are required to sign a statement that they will not attempt to profit at our subscribers' expense.
Disclosure
1. Disclosure of in-house staff holdings is made in the newsletter and on the website (access for subscribers only).
2. Disclosure of freelance holdings is made at the end of the relevant full review.

Default & Consequences of Default
1.1Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date when payment becomes due, until the date of payment, at a rate of two and one half percent (2.5%) per calendar month and such interest shall compound monthly at such a rate after as well as before any judgement.
1.2If the Buyer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by the Seller in pursuing the debt including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis and the Seller's collection agency costs.
1.3Without prejudice to any other remedies the Seller may have, if at any time the Buyer is in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment), the Seller may suspend or terminate the supply of Goods to the Buyer and any of its other obligations under the terms and conditions. The Seller will not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage the Buyer suffers because the Seller has exercised its rights under this clause.
1.4If any account remains overdue after thirty (30) days then an amount of the greater of twenty dollars ($20.00) or ten percent (10.00%) of the amount overdue (up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00)) shall be levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable.
1.5Without prejudice to the Seller's other remedies at law the Seller shall be entitled to cancel all or any part of any order of the Buyer which remains unfulfilled and all amounts owing to the Seller shall, whether or not due for payment, become immediately payable in the event that:
(a) any money payable to the Seller becomes overdue, or in the Seller's opinion the Buyer will be unable to meet its payments as they fall due; or
(b) the Buyer becomes insolvent, convenes a meeting with its creditors or proposes or enters into an arrangement with creditors, or makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors; or
(c) a receiver, manager, liquidator (provisional or otherwise) or similar person is appointed in respect of the Buyer or any asset of the Buyer.
Permission to use testimonials
2. If a Member povides a testimonial about 21st Century Education or one of our Speakers, 21st Century Education may use the testimonial, in part or whole, to promote 21st Century Education or the Speaker in any format or medium at any time.
Refund Policy
3.1 Programs purchased at 21st Century Education Seminars come with a 5 day cooling off period from the date of the final day of the seminar (5 day cooling off period includes weekends and public holidays).
3.2 21st Century Education will charge the sum of $495.00 for those products that qualify for any refund to recover costs and charges incurred, for all refunds processed after completion of the Seminar. The $495.00 fee applies to all refunds including those on products with an additional refund policy.
3.3 If a specific refund policy applies to your product you must abide by all the terms and conditions stated, otherwise you may lose your right to a refund.
3.4 If you purchase a program and apply for a refund any future program purchases become non refundable regardless of the refund period.
